R1200s Aux Lights

Has anyone fitted Auxilliary running lights at the front?
I read a report recently that these reduce SMIDSY incidents significantly. I think because the triangle of lights gives a better impression of distance / speed to the observing driver.
I was wondering if anyone had fitted some and what the look like?
