exhaust gasket substitute

I'm looking for a substitute for BMW part 18 12 1 342 969 EXHAUST SEAL. This is the seal between the header pipes and the cat. BMW has these priced at £13.61 or 16.6 USD each. The average cost of any common gasket is under 5 USD. I feel mine are a bit overdue for a replacement. Hopefully someone knows of another motorbike with 48-49mm ID gaskets.
