Fitting Acumen shift light to R1100S - help with Tacho wire

Agreed, and its an clever little project that is a fitting link from this monster epic thread full of some very handy advice.

I doubt I'll attempt this as I struggle at the best of time sorting a shop-bought solution - I would probably make a right pigs ear if I chose to modify my oem clocks and for me its a mod. too far (as I like to have the option to easily restore my machine to standard factory spec in future without too many things to fix).

I look forward to the weekend when I hope to resolve my Acumen on my 'touring Boxer R1100S'
