Welsh Weekend Rideout

Postby popsky » Mon Mar 04, 2013 4:30 pm

Hello Route Master
Is there any news as to planned tour itinerary for the forthcoming extravaganza :?:

Just idle wondering as I may take the South West Posse up the Horseshoe Pass and a quick cuppa in the Ponderosa on the Friday before we check in to the WF, but only if its not already planned if you get my drift
Phil.

It's all VFR (DCT) round here now. STILL missing my 1100s tho.

Hi Phil, not done any route planning as yet but, it's highly likely that the Horshoe pass will be visited in one direction or another, but there's nowt wrong with a little recce to familiarise oneself in advance :)

See you in wales :)

Hi guys, thanks.
Yeh I bought the RT new last year. It's been hit the other month by a massing load of stones coming from a wagon the other way so i need indicator lenses ans some paint.. but i'm absolutely blown away by how quick the bike can be ridden.

It's definitely my favourite at the moment, although ive just bought back my stolen recovered 1200s that Matthew bought form me. It needs some work but i'm so please to have a 1200s back again... i miss mine

Lo Al, no firm plans as yet but I should think me & Karen will leave Minehead 8.30 ish with possibly Ryan/Helen, Andy/Tracy Paul and Ian are in Taunton but I've yet to talk to them about there plans, we could meet at various places, the 1st probably Sedgemoor services on the M5 just North of Bridgwater, over the new Severn bridge, then Abergavenny with a fuel stop/T break at Crossgates cafe/service station on the A44, then on to Newtown and Llangollen.

Let me know your plans :D
Phil.
