Great news Steve , I hope some one can cobble a "social" ride out together. Do we need a group dinner on the sat evening? White hart? let me know if that is agreeable and I will do my best to secure tables.

Plenty of decent routes we can use on the day guys.

Would it be the usual start time? is it ten a.m. departure?

Hi Paul,
I reckon that 10-00am for a start should suit and if your happy to lead a ride i'll do the tail end dutys. Must say that's only my opinion and others might have other ideas.
Hope to see you Sat,

Regards Peter.

That's a thumbs up from me as well. Thanks for the kind offer PB.

Cheers,

Paul
You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

Hope you all have a fine, pleasurable and safe weekend in the far north, I will be sailing along the almost tropical south coast and having a few beers in sunny Torbay, see some of you in Wales next spring.

Hi all,
Really enjoyable weekend with all the usual suspects!! Ride out yesterday was a "Grand Day Out" which might just have reignited my passion for biking. Look forward to the next time.

Big thanks to Chris for getting the ball rolling on this weekend and to PB for yesterdays rideout.

Regards Peter.

Lads that was a corking route on Saturday swiftly and competently led. Thanks PB Boxer. I do not ride as much as I would like to but the riding this weekend coming down from Jed and back up has been quality time spent on two wheels. We came back via Buttertubbs , Kirby Stephen, Middleton In Teesdale, Alston, Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pud at The General Havelock Inn in Haydon Bridge (superb!) then home via Belingham and the A68.

Life does not get much better when all your ducks line up in a row.

Thanks for your company gents and thanks again to PB Boxer not just for his local knowledge but the smooth , fast leadership. This event should not drop off the calendar :) .
