Apologies Phil. It was intended to be a gentle poke in the ribs for humorous effect but has clearly fallen flat on it's face. For what it's worth, the rain on the last ride, whilst not what we would have hoped for, did not spoil what was a thoroughly enjoyable day out.

You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

Excellent work there on my behalf, got you good’n’proper, no worries Paul, yes the last ride was to put it mildly damp, what was a shame was not being able to do the proper 3rd and 4th sections of the ride as some very nice roads, also the last stop in Crediton as there coffee is worth a stop, not to mention the motorcycle ambiance 8)

Sometime in the future we can try again but in the meantime I shall have to do the whole route solo :mrgreen:
