I know that, as an ignorant newbie, I'm taking a risk in posting on this site being as the average correspondant is a dyed-in-the wool, engine oil soaked fingernail, self servicing (????), Zen satisfied motorcycle mechanic but I'd like advice please? My '02 11SS has loads of bits that my "old '99 11S lacked but the latter had a rear hugger that kept the muck off!!! It was an ART hugger that attached simply with two screws below the shock and on the new bike (which is BEAUTIFUL!) there are no holes so I guess it should attach elsewhere - behind the calipers??
Which hugger, from whence, how much and how to attach?
Any help will be gratefully received and I promise to go back to the corner and read your wisdom in silence!

Forgive me father for I have sinned... ex S owner moved onto pastures new with four cylinders and a chain... and back to a twin, albeit in a V.
