I find it annoying. Not tapatalk, but the full-screen popup that I get on my phone inviting me to use it every visit when I don't want to. There should be an option or setting to never show that notification.

I'm sure there is a setting but you are not referring to this forum are you?

It's so simple to upload images for examples using Tapatalk and very easy to use on the go being optimised for smartphone screens...

er... I'll try and find some time in the coming months to sort out the site upgrade, and when I do, I'll try and put tapatalk on for you.
You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

I think with the improved and simplified user flow tapatalk offers especially in monitoring threads and uploading images that this could be a good vitamin injection to the forum and hopefully result in many more picture threads :)

Do you think it's still needed now we have the luxurious new site software, which works pretty well on mobile 'phone size screens?

Cheers,

Paul

Definitely :)

Advantage being that you can have all your forums in one place and picture upload is super simple :)

Forgot to mention that the notifications in one place without the emails arriving is also quite neat... As anything styling wise except forum logos are scaled back and removed there isn't too much to worry to make it work besides installing the plugin / activating the functionality... :bounce:
